Tutor My Kids only holds personal data that you provide to us; if you enquire about private tuition or becoming a private tutor, we will keep your details for future reference and to keep you up to date with Tutor My Kids news. We never sell your details to third party organisations.

Our ethos is the same for everyone, respect and look after your personal data, however as the information we record varies between our clients and tutors, we have outlined the details separately below:
Tutors – enquiries, current and past
If you are a current or previous tutor with Tutor My Kids, we will keep the details necessary to undertake our services.
We will only ever share your details with your allocated students / clients (i.e. schools) / DBS applications and safeguarding reasons, when necessary. When working with schools, we are also required to share your DBS record for student safeguarding purposes.
Tutor Enquiries: We keep whatever information is provided from an email address, through to your CV and supporting documents. If you do not complete your registration, we keep these details for up to 5 years in case you get in touch again.
All records are stored on a secure online CRM system and in documents held on Dropbox. Email records are also maintained.
Clients – enquiries, current and past
If you are a current or previous client of Tutor My Kids, we will keep the details necessary to undertake our services.
We will only ever share your details with your allocated tutors, and teachers where appropriate.
Client Enquiries: We keep whatever information is provided to us. If you choose not to book a tutor through Tutor My Kids, or if we are unable to assist you at the time, we keep your details for up to 5 years in case you get in touch again or if we have a change in availability.
All records are stored on a secure online CRM system and in documents held on Dropbox. Email records are also maintained.
